This Privacy Policy explains how Dinasty Online INC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use AuraVibes (the "Service"), including our mobile and desktop applications (iOS, Android, macOS, Windows, Linux) and our website at auravibes.me.

By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Age Requirements

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us at privacy@auravibes.me.


3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information you provide

We may collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Account information: email address, login identifiers, and related account details when you register or sign in (including via Apple, Google, Facebook).

  • Content you submit: text you enter and files you upload through the Service, such as documents, images, and other files.

  • Purchase information: subscription status and purchase history (we do not store full payment card details).

  • Customer support communications: information you include when contacting support.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we and our service providers may collect:

  • Usage and analytics data: screens viewed, taps, user actions, feature usage.

  • Crash and diagnostic data: crash logs and performance data.

  • Device and network information: device identifiers and related identifiers, and IP address.

  • General location: we may derive your country from your IP address.

3.3 Cookies and similar technologies (website)

We use cookies and similar technologies on our website for purposes such as analytics and personalization.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If we provide a cookie or privacy preferences tool on our website, you can also use it to manage certain cookie choices.


4. How We Use Your Information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • Provide and operate the Service, including AI assistant features and tool calling.

  • Process authentication and manage accounts.

  • Process subscriptions and purchases, including verifying entitlement to premium features.

  • Improve and maintain the Service, including troubleshooting, analytics, and performance monitoring.

  • Communicate with you, including service announcements, updates, new features, and promotions (email and push notifications).

  • Security and fraud prevention, and to enforce our terms and policies.

  • Legal compliance and responding to lawful requests.


5. AI Processing and External Service Integrations

5.1 AI processing

AuraVibes processes your content to generate responses. This may require sending the full conversation context and any content you submit (including files, images, and other data you provide through the chat) to one or more third-party AI providers.

5.2 Use of content for improvement; AI provider policies

We may use conversation content and related data to improve and operate AuraVibes (for example, improving features, quality, safety, and troubleshooting). AuraVibes does not currently offer an in-app opt-out for this use.

Third-party AI providers may process and retain content according to their own policies. Where available, we may use technical settings intended to limit provider use of content for model training, but we cannot guarantee how every provider will handle data in all cases.

5.3 External apps and services (tool calling)

AuraVibes may connect to external services (for example, Google Drive, Gmail, Dropbox, and others) to perform tool calls and provide functionality you request.

Connections may be made using OAuth, API keys, and device SDKs. Depending on your use and instructions, AuraVibes may send data related to your request and conversation to those services.

We store OAuth tokens and API keys in encrypted form on our servers. You can typically revoke access through the connected third-party service (for example, via its security/settings pages) and, where available, through AuraVibes settings.


6. How We Share Your Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: with vendors that provide services such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, and similar services.

  • AI providers and external integrations: to generate AI responses and carry out tool calls and integrations you initiate.

  • Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, and prevent fraud or security issues.

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale/transfer of assets.

We do not share user conversation content publicly.


7. Access to Conversation Content

We do not routinely review user conversations. We may access conversation content only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • when you ask for support and it is necessary to resolve an issue;

  • to keep the Service safe and secure (for example, investigating abuse);

  • to comply with law or respond to lawful requests; or

  • to enforce our terms and policies.


8. Push Notifications, Emails, and Marketing

If you enable notifications, we may send you push notifications related to app updates, new features, and promotions.

We may also send marketing and promotional emails. Where available, you can opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in those messages.


9. Data Storage and Security

We store data on your device and in our backend systems.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect information. This includes encryption in transit via HTTPS and encryption for stored keys using AES-256.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.


10. Data Retention

  • Conversation content and uploads: We generally retain conversation content and uploaded files while your account is active, unless you delete them.

  • Account deletion: If you request account deletion, your account is soft deleted for 30 days, then deleted from our servers.

  • Backups: Data may remain in backups for up to 90 additional days.

  • Logs and analytics: We may retain logs and analytics data for up to 1 year.


11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including under GDPR/UK GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA.

You can:

  • Access or export your data by requesting an export.

  • Delete your account in-app.

  • Contact us at privacy@auravibes.me with privacy requests.

11.1 GDPR / UK GDPR

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability of your personal information.

Legal bases: We process personal information when needed to (a) provide the Service (performance of a contract), (b) comply with legal obligations, (c) pursue legitimate interests (such as improving and securing the Service), and (d) when you consent (where required).

Complaints: You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

11.2 California (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request access to, deletion of, and information about the disclosure of your personal information, as well as the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” at the top when changes are made.
